APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Please enroll me as a Member of the Mattapally Artist Association;  I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the MAA membership agreement and the decisions that may be taken by me.  I herewith remit an amount of  $100.00 by way of Cash/DD/pay online towards the membership Fee.

Membership Fee: 100

Membership Committee reviews all applications online and offline will communicate through email about their membership status.

We will send you payment details once you approved them by the commitee.
